This is my ‘I don’t know’ look
Today I need to ask a favor from you. In an effort to serve you better I would like to get your feedback on what you want more of.
I have a to-do-list a mile long, but before I start knocking items off the list I need to be sure I am giving you exactly what you want.
I have gotten a lot of requests for…
- Finisher DVD’s.
- Beginners cardio haters guide, workout & manual.
- Advanced fat loss guide, workout & manual.
- Time efficient strength workouts.
- Hardcore training manual for girls.
- Bodyweight only workouts.
- Kettlebell only workouts.
- And even business guides documenting how I built my training business by 21 years old and what I have done to successfully grow that business since.
So my question to you is what do YOU want?
I want you to do two things….
1) Ask yourself,
- what is my weakest link?
- what is holding you back from the body you want?
- what do you want me to cover this year?
2) Scroll down to the comment section below and tell me EXACTLY what your answers were.
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate this.
Please leave your Facebook or normal comments below….

Hi Grant,
My weakest link is my ab strength (i’ve had one child 6 years ago so I can’t use that as an excuse forever) – would love to build up a strong core to protect the other side – my back as I sit down for most of the day at a computer. I would love to see 20 min workouts (ie finishers post looks great) that is going to give an effective session for the time poor (majority of us). I’m only 3 weeks into the Cardio Haters family and can honestly say that I love it! Thanks for the motivation to reach my goals….. looking forward to seeing the muscle build down the track… Bianca
Ok cool Natalie Demarco thanks for suggestions.
Hey Dan, never
Thanks for ideas Emma Gold. Always prepare meals the night before and cook in bulk.
Hi Ash, thanks for the comment. I personally like leg raises either lying or hanging.
Hey Grant,
Beginner cardiohaters guide with transition to adanced would be great.
Happy New Year
what a shit suggestion!
Hey Grant, all of the above would be great for me…. If I had to pick two it would be advanced fat loss guide, work out and manuals, for obvious reasons and Bodyweight only workouts, for when you are on the go, holidays, work conferences etc. But having said that Finishers, time efficient strength workouts and kettlebells are all on my list too……So one massive manual and DVD package with all of that would be great please:) Is that too much to ask?
Hi Grant,
I’d love to see a advanced fat loss manual as well as the kettle bell workout, basically anything that can help me with my meal planning for both David and myself
Hey Grant,
Fromr that list I would def like to see the Advanced fat loss manual and the kettle bell only workout.
I asked myself those questions and what would be holding me back is my lack of time to make healthy decisions, as alot of the time I’m making my meals on the run and this can result in unhealthy choices, so maybe some meal plans recipes etc.
thanks
hi Grant
I want a waistline of 88cm highest priority this year it my turn this year no more CRABS no more Procrastination.
holding me back my shoulder – physio not working grrrrrrrrr$$$$$$$$$$$
love ya ACE NARELL
I want to work on the barrel that sits univited in my mid section. I think this is a problem for older women. I want to work on my arms so they are more toned, have a flatter abdomen and no spare tyre on the back. I often think what holds people back from the body they want is a deeper emotional issue that can be fuelled by negative self talk. Working on a positive outlook and positive self talk helps.
I would like to see more arm work. We do legs, back, chest but so far no arms. Biceps and triceps are good size muscles that can assist with increasing metabolism.
Hi Grant,
I’m not the type of person that sticks to long term gym memberships, so I would be interested in a 12 week body transformation program/challenge. With the option of attending group training twice a week and/or be supported with an at home ebook workout program to follow for the duration of the 12 weeks. Also would be happy to subscribe to regular at home ebook workouts to follow afterwards.
I also find your youtube clips, fantastic informative and inspiring. Like to perhaps see more kettlebell workouts and alternative cardio workouts.
All the best.
Mona
1. Training programs that could be done using just simple equipment – BB, DB, pull up bar, bench (possibly kettlebells) – for different purposes (i.e. strength, bodyweight and to stay lean & ripped, etc.)
2. Workouts oriented on specified muscle groups (i.e. ABS, shoulders, arms, chest, back, etc.)
3. Stretching guides.
4. Diet + supplementation guide.
I’d like to see workouts focusing on fatloss, specifically for women.
Hey mate,
Strength training for girls would be great. A KB circuit for home would be great too.
I think info around nutrition, eating clean and portion control for weight loss, gain and maintenance would be really useful for people too.
Love ur work.
CJ
Yeh Grant,
demonstrations of how the training is performed with good form (and the queues to watch for bad form) are really helpful when we are hundreds of kms away from being able to get to your gym for personal review.
Thanks for your generosity.
My weakest link is not being able to throw myself into the advanced workouts. There’s beginners stuff then there’s advanced, it’s hard to find guides that move smoothly up through the difficulty spectrum. My body just can’t leap into the advanced stuff, despite what the brain tells it!
Beginners cardiohaters fat loss guide and finishers would be great, as would a transition from that to the advanced fat loss guide and finishers.
Yes time efficient strength workouts would be great! Also how you build your buisness would be interesting too.
I’m thinking about getting into the fitness industry myself.
Here’s some other ideas:
+ film a full workout to see the intensity you put into every set and a video of some sprint workouts would be cool too.
+ personal growth and development.
+ A muscle building guideline.
+ training with injuries or even training for older lifters.
+ how you dealt with the knee injury. Did you do any therapy, mobility, have you changed your program since you had the injury.
Any of the above would be great

I have found your youtube clips to be very informative. It’s great to see some off the training exercises you teach actually being formed. Seeing certain exercises done with great form was a big help. I’ve never done goblet squats before so it was great to be able to see them being performed.
I would like to see more kettlebell stuff – exercises and programs. Happy to pay for your knowledge.
JR
Hello Grant,
First of all i like to thanks you for your support.
My basic requirement is more muscle and strenght.
best regards
Michael
Grant thanks for all ur hard work you do with the blog.
I would live to see your top fat loss finishers and advanced fat loss manual.
Thanks & best regards,
Matt
The body weight one would be good. I love bodyweight stuff so maybe some advanced exercises or something like that.
Also more stuff on strength training for girls.
Thanks for all your help
Hey Grant,
Yes the hardcore training for girls would be great!
Would this be like a DVD or eBook?
Sam
The hardcore training for girls would be awesome, also the advanced fat loss guide and finishers.
Are you intending on selling these or turning them into blog posts?
Hey Jess, thanks for the comment.
Some will be blog posts and others will be products.
