Stop Bragging About Your DOMS

We all brag about it.

We all laugh about it

We even compete over it… “I was sore for 3 days”, “I was 5”, “I couldn’t walk for 7”.

Even I used to do it too.

I’m talking about DOMS which is short for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. You know that really tight, sore muscle feeling you have for a few days after either a really hard training session or if you tried a new exercise.

Well I got a nice little story for you which gave me the idea for this post and why I believe you should stop bragging about your DOMS.

I don’t like naming names so for the sake of this article will use the names victim and trainer.

About a month or so ago the victim on facebook, who is also a fairly well known trainer, states that she is going to be trained by some other super celebrity trainer.

Why You Should Never Workout

That’s it.

I can’t take it anymore.

I’ve had enough.

I’m sick of hearing this word…

“Working out”.

It’s just pisses me off when I hear it, and it pisses me off even more when I have to say it for marketing or Google purposes because some people just don’t understand the correct term, which looks a little something like this…

Train.

To some they will never understand this word.
