How to break down your goal setting
If you skip this section because ‘goal setting is for losers’ or if your goal is too broad then you will probably never get the body of your dreams.
You set goals in everyday life whether you know you’re doing it or not for example… Your goal is to go to work, be there by 9, do this, this and that and finish by 4.
Let’s see what happens if you don’t set those goals… boss gets angry, you get in trouble, possibly get fired and no have no money.
