Rowville Personal Training Client Loses 12 Kilos (and still going)

Hey Grant here,

I just wanted to give you a little insight into a Rowville Personal Training client of mine who is probably the most determined out of my entire Cardio HaterLyn Yong Rowville Personal Training Client Loses 12 Kilos (and still going) Army.

Lyn came to me at over 102 kilos – she started off at training with me 2 times a week. I remember her saying that the first 4 weeks was absolutely horrid at my personal training studio in Rowville.

At first I put her on a stock standard diet which consisted of cutting out all carbs except for fruit and vegetables – I believe anyone who is looking to lose more than 10 kilos should also do this. She has been allowed one cheat day which was on her Sunday.

I’ll admit results were slow at first because we were playing around with a few variables such as her training and diet to suit her best.

I believe now we have hit the nail on the head since in the last 30 days she has lost a total of 16 cm off her body.

At the moment we are using carb cycling. She has high carb days every 4-5 days which consist of rice, bread, pasta etc. that fall on her training days with me. The rest of the time she is on low carb which still consist of fruit and vegetables.

Her training is 3 times a week with me on full body workouts, she also walks 2 x’s a week on an empty stomach before breakfast and hill sprints once a week on a Saturday. Next week I’m going to bump up her morning fasted walks because she wants to get down to 75 kilos and she’s currently at 90.

I think the cooliest thing was she said to me a couple weeks ago that she is now addicted to training and just accepts it whether she is in the mood or not.

Lyn is a TRUE natural transformation who isnt just tryin’ to lose the weight as fast as possible to only gain it all back in 8 weeks, but is doing it right way and learning along the way so she sets herself up for longterm health and fitness for when she eventuallys finishes up with me at my Rowville personal training factility.

Lyn is 29 she has kids, a husband, and her own business and is still able to commit to her goal of losing another 15 kilos. I’m extremely excited and looking forward to the end results, she will look like amazing. Will keep you posted on her transformation.
